Digital products (PDFs and notes) are generally not refundable once downloaded.

• If you were charged but did not get access, contact us with your Order Number within 7 days. After verification we will grant access or issue a refund.
• If you were charged twice, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
